A sophisticated design approach for redevelopment of an existing residential building in the city center of Pune, Maharshtra was proposed for the residents of the society. The proposal encompassed all new rules and regulations for residential built-up spaces in the city as per the increased FAR. Also, keeping in mind sustainability in design and construction while allowing scope for modern material and building techniques.
