Site Area: 200 Acres
Location: Mullanpur, Chandigarh
The officers' society floated a design competition for theor 200 acres of land within the bounds of New Chandigarh. Keppie Design Ltd. together with VSGS Architects and Planners bid for the township and were shortlisted amongst the first two designs.
It was designed on the principal of the grid, of which Chandigarh is a living successful example and recognized across the world for its planning and design.
